Managing the Occupational Health and Safety team, in regular collaboration with other teams across the company. Overseeing the implementation of the safety system/application for the network to control audits and activities with the IT team. Categorizing risk assessments for each building (depending on the process and destination) and monitoring the reporting system for each region. Annual analysis of the Occupational Health and Safety status. Implementing programs to improve the safety culture at Shein. Overseeing the implementation of the safety policy program. Representing the company during government inspections (labor, health) and ensuring legal compliance. Monitoring the implementation of machinery from outside the EU. Participating in weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational reports for buildings with the same risk level. Analyzing Occupational Health and Safety indicators to identify trends justifying the allocation of resources to high-risk areas.
