About Our Client
Our Client is an international production company, located close to Wrocław - from the southern part.
Job Description
- Lead and develop a local EHS team (two specialists).
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Drive a strong safety culture across all levels of the organization.
- Develop, implement, and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Lead and actively participate in EHS improvement projects and sustainability initiatives.
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations, ensuring proper follow-up actions.
- Cooperate closely with production, maintenance, and engineering departments to promote proactive EHS practices.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Report directly to the Plant Manager.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an EHS role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in team management and leading EHS initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations.
- Passion for safety and environmental protection - proactive, hands-on, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Very good English communication skills (both spoken and written) - required for daily use.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; able to engage teams and drive change.
