Environmental, Health and Safety Manager at Sellpy
You will be the go-to expert ensuring that our operations run safely, sustainably, and in compliance with Polish law and international best practices.
In short, you will
- Ensure legal compliance in workplace safety & environmental standards
- Create risk assessments and emergency response plans
- Participate in technical acceptance of building and equipment
- Deliver HSE trainings and lead incident investigations
- Oversee inspections, audits, reporting and corrective actions
- Cooperate with authorities and support site managers during and after ramp-up
You bring a proactive, solution-oriented and collaborative mindset, helping us build a strong safety culture. With clear communication and problem-solving skills, you make it easier for teams and managers to succeed every day.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, or another Master’s with postgraduate studies in HSE
- Meets the formal requirements of Chief HSE Specialist (Główny Specjalista ds. BHP) under Polish law
- 5 years of experience in HSE roles, ideally within warehouses, logistics or production sites
- Proven track record in incident investigations and preventive actions
- Fluency in Polish and English
We’d be impressed if you have
- Experience from fast-pace e-commerce or FMCG environments
- Leadership background in HSE teams or multi-shift operations
- Knowledge of ISO standards (45001, 14001)
