Snapshot of Your Day

As a EHS Coordinator, you will provide substantial support to the operations team to ensure appropriate health, safety and environmental arrangements are in place within your designated cluster, site, SOV, or combination of all three, to support delivery of a strong EHS management framework and culture. You will also be expected to provide guidance and support to other EHS Specialists across the business, act as a mentor and efficiently coordinate EHS activities at your cluster or area of responsibility, where other EHS Specialists may be present.

The position is based onshore in Poland, Gdansk; however, you will be expected to spend some time with the assets, both near and far offshore around the Polish coastline.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Proactively monitor and assess EHS performance at designated clusters or areas of responsibility.
  • Implement improvement plans and drive the #HomeSafe EHS culture.
  • Provide extensive support on legislative and industry‑specific topics to ensure compliance.
  • Mentor other EHS specialists and coordinate EHS activities to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Engage with service technicians through point‑of‑work visits, inspections, and audits.
  • Create, develop and assist with delivery of EHS inductions and training.
  • Facilitate and support cultural improvement programmes and initiatives such as ZeroHarm.
  • Ensure all accidents, incidents, and near misses are recorded, reported, and investigated in accordance with company procedures and all corrective actions are identified, implemented, monitored and reviewed.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in an EHS role within an operational or engineering environment, ideally in power service or offshore industries.
  • Demonstrable EHS leadership skills with the ability to provide pragmatic mentorship and tackle problems effectively.
  • Experience dealing with regulatory bodies and managing unplanned events with confidence.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external collaborators.
  • Fully computer literate with mainstream software packages and an offshore medical certificate.
  • Minimum courses (GWO to be capable to go offshore).
  • Strong communication skills and a clean motor‑car driving licence.
  • Fluent in English.
