Own Safety on a Next-Generation Industrial Project
We’re looking for a hands‑on EHS / HSE Coordinator to take charge of safety and compliance on a major data‑centre project in Skien, Norway. You’ll be the driving force behind a strong safety culture, making sure everyone goes home safe, every day.
Your Day-to-Day
- Implement and maintain high HSE standards across all site activities.
- Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and audits — and act fast on what you find.
- Support project teams and subcontractors with clear, practical HSE guidance.
- Lead investigations into incidents and near‑misses, ensuring real lessons are learned.
- Keep EHS documentation sharp, accurate, and audit‑ready.
- Deliver toolbox talks and training sessions that engage and inform.
- Liaise with local authorities and ensure full legal and regulatory compliance.
What You Bring
- Solid experience as anb>HSE Coordinator or Advisor in construction, industrial, or energy sectors.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations (local and international).
- Confident communicator with strong English skills — both spoken and written.
- Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a calm head under pressure.
- Team player who knows how to influence, not just enforce.
