Role Overview

We are looking for an EE Life Cycle Analyst for our HR SSC Team in the Global Business Services organization dedicated to providing comprehensive support for business processes across the EMEA region. Situated in the city center of Krakow, our company serves as a strategic hub for delivering efficient and effective solutions to diverse business needs.

The purpose of this role is to perform a variety of HR administrative processes and tasks, including employee record-keeping for associates based in EMEA locations. We are seeking a 12-month maternity cover. The role will support the UK and Belgium markets and will be based on a hybrid working model.

Role Responsibilities

  • HR Data Management - carrying out a wide range of HR data processing tasks from hire to retire (i.e., new hires, rehires, data changes, assignment changes, terminations); ensure that all processes are completed accurately, efficiently and on time.
  • Document Management - utilizing knowledge management and case management systems to address, track and resolve HR inquiries within Service Level Agreements.
  • Document Preparation - preparing moderately complex documents for employees and local HR using office software.
  • Information and Business Advice - resolving queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on policies and/or procedures, referring more complex issues to relevant teams.
  • Internal Client Relationship Management - building effective working relationships with employees, vendors, and internal clients. Contributing to the management of partnering relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Payroll Partnership - working closely and maintaining excellent relationships with the payroll team in EMEA.
  • Active participation in projects to continuously improve existing processes.
  • Employee benefits administration – providing continuous support related to benefits, including, but not limited to Workday administration.
  • Reporting - responsible for gathering and summarizing data for HR reports and delivering them in a timely manner.

Experience and Competencies

We are looking for experienced candidates with hands‑on experience within HR.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role supporting EMEA markets: preferably Belgium, Luxembourg and United Kingdom.
  • Fluency in English, proficiency in French will be an asset.
  • Experience with Workday and Service Now is desired.
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite, especially.
  • Organizational skills: accuracy, attention to details, prioritization and time management, planning and follow‑up skills to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people across the organization levels.
  • Continuous improvement mindset: challenging status quo, looking for opportunities to increase process efficiency, improving and automating processes. Experience in using mail merge, macros or any other automation tools would be an asset.
  • Understanding the impact of HR Operations activities on payroll processes.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a broader HR team.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to effectively synthesize information from a variety of sources.
