We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to lead our Education Center in Katowice. As the Education Center Manager, with a primary focus on marketing and promotion, you will be responsible for organizing events and educational sessions, fostering a vibrant community of cryptocurrency enthusiasts as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the center.



Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and conducting a variety of events such as workshops, training sessions, conferences, and networking events for our community.
• Actively building and growing our community through various initiatives and events.
• Overseeing a small team of customer support specialists at the Education Centre.
• Providing direct customer support both in-person at the Education Center and online via email, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
• Collaborating with external partners.
• Promoting the Education Center through Social Media and other marketing channels.
• Identifying customer needs and tailoring educational offerings accordingly.

We are looking for someone with:

• Marketing experience with a proven track record of successfully promoting events and services.
• Customer service experience and a strong ability to build positive customer relationships and resolve issues effectively.
• Passion for cryptocurrencies and knowledge of the cryptocurrency market and blockchain technology will be a plus.
• Experience in event organization is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proactive and creative mindset, ability to work independently and implement innovative solutions.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
