Act as a liaison between IT and business teams to ensure alignment on EDI projects.
Learn and implement EDI mappings in tools such as Lobster (training provided), ensuring seamless data exchanges.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot and enhance EDI processes.
Support logistics and operational teams by ensuring data accuracy and optimizing integrations.
Build strong relationships with onsite stakeholders to bridge technical and operational needs.
requirements-expected :
2–3 years of experience in area of freight forwarding or logistics.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to bridge technical requirements and business outcomes.
Excellent teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders.
Interest in IT and a proactive attitude to develop EDI expertise with provided training.
Familiarity with EDI Standards and Protocols such as XML, EDIFACT, or JSON (training provided).
Experience in logistics IT systems or software like MSSQL, VSCODE, or Jira/Confluence.
