John Deere is looking for an EDI Coordinator in Poznań, Poland to monitor and resolve EDI data exchange issues, manage new EDI connections and support internal and external business partners.
Responsibilities
- EDI process monitoring and error resolution
- Handling operational processes in ERP system
- Setting up new EDI connections
- Ensuring highest quality of EDI messages
- Proper handling, organization, and control of internal documentation
- Daily collaboration with internal and external business partners
- Acting as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
Requirements
- Professional background in the Supply Management area
- Familiarity with SAP system
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in dynamic environment
- Attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts
- English language skills (B2)
Nice to Have
- Seeburger EDI System (BIS 6) knowledge
- Knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12 and EDIFACT)
- Knowledge of communication protocols (AS2 and OFTP2)
- Knowledge of SAP MM module
- Familiarity with ServiceNow application
- German language skills
