We are looking for a specialist to join our team, who will be responsible for supplier enablement and onboarding testing within a global project. Your role will be crucial in supporting the development of advanced SAP S/4HANA and Supply Chain Collaboration systems.

What we expect

• Experience with integration ANSI 12/EDIFACT and Ariba cXML Network
• A strong background in electronic data interchange (EDI) and the Ariba Network, with specific experience in supplier enablement, as well as onboarding testing
• Strong understanding of supplier enablement processes
• Experience in conducting onboarding testing for new suppliers
• Experience working with master data.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Your tasks

EDI/Ariba Network Management:

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of EDI systems and Ariba Network in SAP S/4HANA
• Ensure smooth and efficient electronic transactions between the company and its suppliers
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to EDI and Ariba Network integrations
• Implement Supply Chain Collaboration

Supplier Enablement:

• Support the migration of EDI-integrated suppliers from the existing gateway system to the new network
• Collaborate with project integration team leads and support migration Waves with supplier testing tasks, communications replies related to the migration process and milestones
• Coordinate and execute testing cycles for single and multi-line purchase orders
• Align lifecycle testing activities with the overall project teams migration strategy and tasks

Onboarding Testing:

• Conduct thorough testing of new supplier integrations to ensure they meet all technical and operational requirements
• Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and scenarios for onboarding new suppliers
• Identify and resolve any issues discovered during the onboarding testing process
