We are looking for an experienced and meticulous Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team and contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing and executing a variety of accounting functions, including preparing financial reports, performing reconciliations, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations, and supporting overall financial management and reporting processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Your Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting regulations.
• Support the preparation of management reports and financial analyses for internal and external stakeholders.

General Ledger Management:

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes.

Accounts Receivable and Payable:

• Oversee and review accounts receivable and payable processes.
• Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.

Reconciliations:

• Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, credit card accounts, and other balance sheet accounts.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies.

Compliance and Audits:

• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and prepare audit schedules.
• Handle reports for GUS, NBP, and other authorities.

✅ Required Skills

• Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Dynamics 365) and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting regulations, financial reporting, and tax laws.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various departments.
• Languages: Minimum intermediate level of English.
