Delivery Manager – eCommerce Delivery
We’re hiring an eCommerce Delivery Manager!

Qualifications
- 10+ years in IT, with proven leadership in eCommerce delivery or digital product management;
- Hands‑on technical background (ex: web development, API integrations, cloud platforms);
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies;
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (any of Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.);
- Strong communication skills – able to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders;
- Experience in pre‑sales, client engagement, and high level solution architecture;
- Proven leadership and team‑building capabilities;
- Analytical mindset with strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills;
- Solid grasp of Earned Value Management (EVM) and its application in project tracking and performance analysis;
- Experience in fixed‑price projects with clear accountability for scope and profitability;
- Basic understanding of marketplace ecosystems (ex: Amazon, eBay, Bagisto etc.) and their technical requirements;
- Familiarity with headless commerce architectures, including decoupled frontends, APIs, and CMS integrations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales to shape eCommerce proposals, offering technical insights and platform expertise (ex: Storyblock, Bagisto, Shopify, or fully custom ones);
- Contribute to RFPs, quotes, and statements of work tailored to digital commerce needs;
- Join client calls to clarify business and technical requirements, integrations (ERP, CRM, PIM), and address client’s business concerns;
- Estimate timelines, resources, and budgets for eCommerce builds, migrations, enhancements and digital transformation projects;
- Participate in screening and onboarding of key technical roles (ex: frontend devs, backend engineers, QA, etc);
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of marketplace fundamentals and their integration patterns;
- Understand the basics of headless commerce architectures, including decoupled frontends, APIs, and CMS integrations.
Project Delivery & Execution
- Define and implement delivery frameworks for new eCommerce clients, including sprint planning and release cycles;
- Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) principles to monitor project performance and ensure alignment with budget, scope, and timeline;
- Lead delivery of fixed‑price eCommerce projects with clear accountability for scope control, profitability, and client satisfaction;
- Identify risks early – whether technical, operational, or UX‑related – and drive mitigation strategies;
- Champion continuous improvement across delivery processes, tools, and team collaboration;
- Supervise project teams with empathy and clarity, fostering a culture of ownership and excellence.
Client Relationship Management
- Build long‑term partnerships with eCommerce clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business;
- Collaborate with account managers to resolve delivery challenges and surface upsell opportunities.
