ECM Sales Solutions Analyst
Location: Kraków | Contract Type: Full-time (temporary contact - 2 years)

We are looking for a Project Manager with a high standard of Analytical and communication skills to join our Enterprise Customer Migration PMO team. Working closely with central, regional and local cross-functional teams within Sales and in other functions to plan implementation and coordinate execution of the Enterprise customers will be your main task. 
Key responsibilities: 
Data management & Analytics 
- Ensure the availability and maintenance, accuracy and consistency of core data (incl. Enterprise Data Warehouse, Dependencies/Enablers, Functional Assessments, etc.) to support migration activities. 
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards tailored for mid- and senior leadership, tracking migration progress, KPIs, and customer impact. 
Project management 
- Using QDM principles to enhance and continuously improve the Customer Corridor (on design, usability, value, efficiency/performance, technical aspects) 
- Ensure availability of the latest Corridors to the users; bridge the gap between Corridor and customer-facing materials and enhance/deliver training materials for users 
- Manage tools, collect and provide feedback to (external) developers (Accenture, Bubble) 
Communication 
- Create overarching project knowledge and understanding to make sure content for communication to leadership, sales and other functions can be done effectively 
- Being able to translate project health and summarize in a presentable and digestible way to relevant parties, by using excel, Bubble, PowerBI Dashboards and PowerPoint 
Ideal Candidate Profile 
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience 
- Strong analytical mindset with a pragmatic, hands-on and creative approach to problem-solving 
- Project management experience at senior level  
- Commercial background preferred (e.g., sales, pricing, customer experience) 
- Skilled in stakeholder communication across all organizational levels and cultures 
- Ability to set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track progress  
- Proficient in Power BI and Python for data analysis and reporting  
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
