Design and verification of multilayer PCBs with a focus on low-cost, high reliability, and high-volume manufacturing
Creation of design and production documentation (schematics, PCBs, electrical characteristics, etc.)
Circuit calculations and simulations necessary for PCB design
Collaboration with local and remote engineering teams, including Electrical Engineers
Active participation in peer reviews
Work according to the Electrical Design Process
Protection of confidential information and company property
On-time execution of assigned tasks in compliance with the valid quality system
requirements-expected :
Engineering degree in Electronics or a related field
Experience in PCB design for both digital and analog circuits, with particular focus on microcontroller devices, medium-power analog circuits and signal measurement
Understanding of what to do (and what to avoid) in PCB design to meet EMI/EMC and manufacturing requirements.
Practical skills in CAD and simulation tools – required CAD tool: Siemens EDA (Mentor Graphics Xpedition)
Experience with high-speed interfaces
Theoretical and practical knowledge of electronics design
Experience in automotive or avionic PCB design (nice to have, but not required)
Good English skills, both spoken and written.
Leadership and strong communication skills
