Overview
We are seeking experienced professionals with over 5 years of expertise to join our team as an ECAD Engineer. The role emphasizes the design and verification of multilayer PCBs, targeting low-cost, high-reliability manufacturing within the automotive sector. Candidates should possess a solid background in both digital and analog circuit design, particularly regarding microcontrollers and EMI/EMC compliance.

Work model: 3 days per week in Cracow
Remuneration: up to 125 PLN/h netto+VAT (B2B)
Main Responsibilities
- Design and verification of multilayer PCBs for high-volume manufacturing.
- Create production documentation including schematics and electrical characteristics.
- Conduct circuit calculations and simulations as needed for designs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams both locally and remotely.
- Engage in peer reviews to maintain quality standards.
- Adhere to Electrical Design Processes.
- Secure confidential information and uphold the companys assets.
- Execute tasks timely in alignment with quality systems.
Key Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Electronics or a related field.
- Experience with PCB design for both digital and analog circuits.
- Proficiency in EMI/EMC compliance for PCB layouts.
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of electronics design.
- Familiarity with CAD and simulation tools.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Leadership and effective communication capabilities.
- A team-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have
- Strong PCB design background in advanced signal interfaces.
- Extensive experience in hardware electrical tasks such as schematics capture and validation.
Other Details
The main workplace is Aptiv Services Poland S.A., with a hybrid model allowing for 3 days in-office and 2 days remote per week. The contract duration spans from Q1 to Q2 of 2026, with projects continuing until at least May 2026 and potential for further extensions.
