What you will be doing:

1. Strategic Leadership:
   
   Drive application rationalization and standardization for warehouse management solutions, ensuring alignment with our global counterparts and business partners’ needs.
2. Application Development & Maintenance:
   
   Oversee the development and maintenance of applications supporting:
   
   
   • Forward and reverse logistics
   • Transportation management
   • Warehouse management
   • Customer and carrier management and integration
   • Order management
   • Workflow management
   • Customer billing
   Implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability across the supply chain.
3. Customer Engagement:
   
   Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive quality service and have access to benefits listed in their contract.
   
   Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
   
   Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and ensure our IT solutions effectively support their business objectives.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
   
   Collaborate with regional and operational teams to identify synergies and drive cohesive strategies.
   
   Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of technology initiatives with business objectives.
5. Project & Program Management:
   
   Lead complex IT projects, including system integrations and application harmonization, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
   
   Drive modernization efforts, such as legacy system retirement and application migration.
6. Team Development:
   
   Mentor and develop a high-performing IT team capable of supporting global initiatives.
   
   Foster an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
7. Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
   
   Manage vendor relationships to optimize costs and deliver innovative IT solutions.
   
   Represent IT in discussions with senior leadership and external partners.

What do you bring with you:

1. Experience:
   
   10+ years in IT leadership roles, preferably with a strong background in supply chain management, particularly in forward and reverse logistics, transportation and warehouse management solutions.
2. Skills:
   
   Proven ability to lead global application rationalization and standardization initiatives.
   
   Strong leadership in managing diverse IT teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
   
   Expertise in customer and carrier management and integration, order management, workflow management and customer billing systems.
   
   Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodologies for project management.
   
   Experience with DevSecOps practices, integrating security into all phases of the software development lifecycle.
