Job Description
As a member of Securities Settlement Client Services, you will be mainly in interaction and communication with external clients through handling of written queries regarding the settlement of their securities transactions.
Role
- Dealing with telephone and written enquiries in contact with international clients.
- Giving clients the support they need to get the best out of Euroclears services.
- Interfacing with Euroclears Operations teams to solve problems and keep clients in the loop.
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with clients gaining their trust and respect.
- Anticipating client’s needs and proposing solutions within the indicated policies and procedures.
- Taking care of appropriate follow‑up (timely, accurately) of all client matters.
- Ensuring proactive communication with all parties involved.
- Service excellence and client satisfaction would be the main factors of your day‑to‑day work.
Your Profile
- You must be fluent in English (spoken and written) as it is our corporate language.
- You have a client‑focused attitude with good communication skills.
- You need to be highly comfortable on the phone with thorough application of tone of voice principles (empathy, timeliness, smile).
- You deal skillfully and respectfully with clients, and you anticipate their needs and propose solutions within the indicated policies and procedures.
- You ensure appropriate follow‑up (timely, accurately) of all clients needs.
- You communicate proactively client needs throughout the department/division, or where appropriate company/group.
- You can establish and maintain effective relationships with clients gaining their trust and respect.
- You are risk aware and you show respect i any situation.
- You are open to challenges and able to produce accurate work.
- You are resistant to stress and able to deal with deadlines in a fast‑changing environment.
- You are a genuine team player.
