As a Technical Lead, your role is to act as an internal expert and leader in the EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) space. You will be providing innovative, scalable, and high-quality solutions to meet business needs from inception through design, implementation, and enhancement, across the EAI space. You will proactively and holistically lead and support both business led and internal initiatives that guide the development and management of a portfolio of solutions in the EAI domain. You will also provide technical guidance to team members, both internal and external, through the life cycle of these solutions. The Technical Lead will contribute to overarching governance and processes, frameworks, platform, and strategy in the EAI space, as well as participate in leading through major transformation activities.
The EAI team is responsible for the application integrations that span across many core business functions, with a substantial amount of the domain being within commercial (ex. sales, technical services, etc.) but also extending into other functions such as manufacturing, services, business intelligence and analytics, etc. You will have a deep understanding of business goals, objective and business outcomes, business capabilities, value-streams, and business processes. The Technical Lead provides the necessary leadership, analysis and design tasks supporting the development of technology solutions to ensure delivery of high quality, high impact capabilities to meet business needs and align with architectural governance and standards. You will create deliverables for managing the organizations portfolio of "to be" and "as is" solutions to enable and drive targeted business outcomes in the assigned domain.

,[Lead Solutions Design and Analysis , Lead evaluation, design, and analysis for the implementation and refinement of key platforms, processes, and delivery models in the Enterprise Applications Integration domain;, Work closely with DevOps COE, Infrastructure Cloud Engineers, and EAI team members to establish future proof solutions, stabilization and tuning of existing platforms and capabilities, and ensure overall holistic platform design is well aligned with overarching architectural framework of the organisation;, Create and deliver comprehensive solutions focused on detailed design principles, decision points and dependencies between business and IT;, Manage and develop the portfolio of capabilities for a broader scope of projects or products, working closely with the business, cross-functional IT teams, and external partners for each project, product, or initiative;, Analyze the business-IT environment (run, grow and transform the business) to detect critical deficiencies, legacy, and technical debt, and recommends solutions for improvement (systems of record, differentiation, and innovation);, Orchestrate Solutions Delivery;, Design and direct the governance activities associated with ensuring delivery adheres to architectural framework, assurance, and compliance;, Facilitate the evaluation and selection of appropriate platforms, capabilities, and delivery mechanisms, as well as the design of standard and custom software configurations; , Monitor the current-state integration portfolio to identify deficiencies through aging of the technologies used by the application, or misalignment with business requirements;, Facilitate and Collaborate to Deliver Business Outcomes;, Work closely with the project management office to ensure the execution of plans corresponds with what is being promised throughout the project or product lifecycle; , Work closely with the product owners and product managers to ensure a robust architectural runway that can support key portfolios.
