Your Responsibilities
- eCommerce activation strategy, tactics and execution - promo plans, creation and optimization of eCommerce media campaigns, all e-commerce activations, brand visibility and execution on e-Retailers and Pure Players websites;
- eCommerce content management like online portfolio & launches activation, rich content, R&R activations, landing page creation;
- Define investment strategy for ecommerce (incl. media planning and briefing creative and media agency for ecommerce), align the Brand and eCommerce strategy;
- Supporting e-KAM in daily cooperation with e-Retailers and Pure Players;
- Develop innovation to drive online sales and nourish the consumer experience for online touchpoints: campaigns, CRM, services, online retail etc. with external (media and advertising agencies) and internal stakeholders (Digital, Brand, Marketing);
- Manage e-commerce related digital projects;
- Building best online shopper experience;
- Analysis & conclusions;
- Cooperation with Digital Manager & Marketing to be in line with digital strategy & launches;
- Management of external agencies and partners;
- Ensuring consistency of all actions with the brands’ sense of purpose;
- Placing consumer’s insights at the heart of the activations;
- Sharing best practices and monitoring local digital performance of the products and social communities to support the brand’s ambition;
- Ensuring an outlook among the local competitors & other industries: trends, intelligence, and experimentation
Our requirements:
- Experience in digital/e-commerce environment: 3 years of digital/e-commerce project management, media planning competences and content creation;
- Passion about digital tools, eager to influence and interact;
- Self-motivated, solution & result driven creative thinker with doer mindset;
- Innovation driven;
- Easy-going individual with great communication;
- Analytical & proactive in identifying opportunities;
- Good command of English and Polish
