Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic email marketing campaigns, including lead nurture, newsletters, events, and re-engagement.
• Segment and manage email lists for targeted and personalized communication.
• Create engaging email content, including persuasive copy and compelling visuals, aligned with brand voice.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other data protection regulations.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce impactful marketing materials.
• Stay updated on email marketing trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 3 - 4 years of experience in email marketing or a related field.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email customization.
• Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication English skills.
• Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field - nice to have.
• Experience in financial services or asset management - nice to have.
• Email campaign automation experience - nice to have.
