Obecnie dla naszego Klienta prowadzimy rekrutację na stanowisko:

Your responsibilities:

• develop engaging e-learning content by applying instructional theories and principles of adult learning,
• collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to identify training needs and define learning objectives,
• craft effective audio/video scripts, storyboards, and instructional text for courses, ensuring alignment with content materials and input from Subject Matter Experts,
• communicate effectively within a training design team, maintaining clear and consistent dialogue with project collaborators and Subject Matter Experts,
• manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.

Our requirements

• bachelor"s degree, ideally in Education, Communications, Psychology, Multimedia, or a related field,
• at least 1 year experience in designing and developing e-learning and training materials,
• experience working with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate etc.),
• basic knowledge of video editing or sound editing software would be appreciated,
• proficiency in English at a C1+ level (written and oral),
• legal basis to work in Poland (student status, polish university alumni, permanent residence card etc.).
