E-Invoicing SME

For our client, a major player in the FMCG sector, is looking for an e-Invoicing Specialist to help shape their journey toward compliance, integration, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:

• Drive e-Invoicing documentation efforts including requirements gathering and process flows, ensuring alignment with design standards and high quality
• Identify and define test cases for e-Invoicing implementation and enhancements
• Support change impact assessments, and contribute to training needs analysis in line with established formats and frameworks

• Deep knowledge of e-Invoice ingestion tools, industry standards, and end-to-end processes
• Familiarity with government mandates for e-Invoicing across diverse regions
• Practical experience with ERP systems—preferably SAP (S/4 not required)
• A hands-on, can-do attitude and proactive mindset
• Comfort navigating a global business environment with diverse stakeholders
