What we expect

• understanding of eCommerce best practices

• strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables

• working knowledge of CMS systems like Optimizely (or similar)

• familiarity with online merchandising and assortment planning is a plus

• some experience with supply chain or forecasting processes is an advantage

• proficiency in Google Analytics and eCommerce platforms

• good communication and project coordination skills

• strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

• availability to support ongoing projects on a part-time, freelance basis

• fluency in English

Your tasks

• coordinate with the marketing team on product listing updates and reporting needs

• monitor products sold via eCommerce from inventory and content perspectives; implement or request improvements as needed

• understand and apply pricing structures between JDE and the website, including editing prices and managing promotional offers

• use Google Analytics and other tools to monitor performance and identify trends or issues

• support the creation and management of regular and ad hoc eCommerce reports

• assist in end-to-end website eCommerce process monitoring, including product, discount, and checkout pages

• manage “Buy Now” reporting and admin: add new products/variants, update retailers, and monitor ChannelSight or similar tools
