We are seeking an AI Automation Specialist / AI Agent Engineer  to design, develop, and deploy intelligent agents to support automation across the entire organization. You’ll be the innovation driver behind intelligent automation - building AI agents that process, analyze, and orchestrate data. Monitor folders, extract data, generate graphics or reports, and trigger actions.
Integrate with Slack, email, APIs, Notion, or other tools to handle end-to-end workflows.
Operate independently as AI “mini-teams” supporting business units.
Design and implement AI-powered agents that automate domain-specific workflows across multiple departments.
Collaborate across the organization to identify automation opportunities and translate them into agent blueprints.
Background in Data Science, Software Engineering, Machine Learning, or related technical domains
Proficient in Python (nice to have: experience in building AI solutions and automation tools)
REST APIs, webhooks, cloud services
Experience working with LLMs, embeddings, vector stores, and fine-tuning techniques
Fluency in English; German is a plus
Nice to have: e-commerce experience - e.g. automation of listings, prices, stock levels
 
Excellent communication skills – able to work cross-functionally and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
