responsibilities :
Product Strategy & Vision
* Define the long-term product vision and roadmap for key e-commerce platform capabilities.
* Balance short-term feature delivery with long-term platform scalability and technical excellence.
* Identify the right KPIs to measure success and use them to guide product decisions.
Post-Purchase Platform Ownership
* Own product initiatives related to post-purchase experiences, including refunds, swaps, discount allocation, support processes, and extended warranties.
* Lead the development and optimization of integrations between the storefront and internal systems such as Supply Chain, Accounting, and Customer Support.
* Ensure platform stability, scalability, and data integrity across all integrations.
Conversion & Business Growth
* Optimize the lower purchase funnel (cart, checkout, and post-purchase experience) to improve conversion and support new business initiatives.
* Use data analysis, customer insights, and experimentation to identify opportunities for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Research teams to deliver complex product initiatives.
* Act as the main liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
* Gather requirements, manage priorities, and identify cross-functional dependencies.
Execution in a Fast-Paced Environment
* Lead discovery and execution of large-scale initiatives in an agile environment.

Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.

5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within DTC e-commerce environments.
Strong experience working on consumer-facing digital products.
Proven experience in post-purchase domains such as supply chain integrations, customer support systems, refunds, warranties, payments, or subscriptions.
Experience with complex platform capabilities, including API-first architecture and third-party integrations.
Experience working with checkout, cart, or conversion funnel optimization is a strong advantage.
Strong ability to define KPIs and success metrics, and explain the strategic reasoning behind them.
Track record of delivering complex initiatives in cross-functional agile environments.
Ability to translate business strategy into clear product priorities.
Language Requirements
This role requires excellent English communication skills.
You must be able to operate in a fully international environment and confidently present ideas, strategies, and product decisions to senior stakeholders.
Fluent English (minimum solid C1 level) is an absolute requirement, both written and spoken.
