E-commerce Sales Expert

Location: Warsaw, Inflancka 4A

Hybrid working: 3 days from the office, 2 days from home

Working hours: Start between 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM CET

Your key responsibilities include:

1. Advising and supporting customers during their trial;
2. Upgrading customers from a free trial period to paid packages;
3. Cross-selling customers onto other products;
4. Correctly tracking actions within Salesforce or other reporting documents as directed by team leaders;
5. Occasional support at events where the Company is in attendance.

If you have:

1. 2+ years of sales experience (preferably within e-commerce);
2. Full professional proficiency in German;
3. Understanding that to sell you need to communicate a lot with a client (via any channel);
4. Sales skills;
5. Communication skills;
6. Negotiation skills or the willingness to obtain them;
7. Hands-on experience with Salesforce or Outreach is a big advantage;
8. E-commerce experience is an advantage;
9. SaaS experience is welcome too.
