The Commercial QA function is responsible mainly for online stores setup checking to secure quality of UX as well as commercial alignment with HQ guidelines. This role is highly focused on how our customers are experiencing our products and offers. It contains responsibilities around the validation of products and promotions setups towards business requirements, QC documentation and incident reporting.
In this role, the owner must strictly follow QA procedures and be aware of global guidelines as well as business requirements to secure appropriate implementation of commercial offers, features, and functionalities.

Marketing campaign monitoring and validation with guidelines.
UX controlling, including change recommendations.
Comparing live setups with customer requirements.
Documenting QC process based on specific check lists.
Supporting customers with incident management.
Supporting Hybris merchandisers with QA conclusions.
Commercial activity calendar managing and status reporting.
