Responsible for operations of brand wesite, including sales target achievement, continuous growth of registered users and other key operational metrics;
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including but not limited to annual flagship campaigns, category-specific promotions, and cross-category events, covering product selection, overall campaign strategy, event page style positioning and traffic generation;
Work closely with marketing, logistics, customer service and external partners;
Perform regular competitor analysis, propose countermeasures, and deliver actionable solutions;
Continuously gather market intelligence and oversee channel development.
Requirements
Previous working experience in E-commerce project management or relevant field.
Agile thinking, strong communication skills, ability to work and collaborate across departments.
High degree of responsibility, work proactively, willing to accept the challenge, ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment.
Familiar with E-commerce business.
Proficient in English and Chinese, Polish is a plus.
