E-commerce Junior Specialist at Your KAYA
Your KAYA is a Polish brand offering eco-friendly menstrual products and natural cosmetics. Since 2017 we have built an inclusive brand that openly discusses periods, sexuality, mental health, and body positivity, and regularly supports charitable causes.
We are looking for an E-commerce Junior Specialist who will support our e-commerce team with daily tasks, help grow our online store and ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
What you’ll do
- Assist in managing and updating the Shopify-based online store
- Coordinate creation of product graphics and content
- Add new products and promotional elements
- Help solve small technical issues on the platform
- Test new functionalities before launch
- Analyze user behavior to better understand their needs
What we’re looking for
- First experience in e-commerce
- Strong organizational skills and enjoy teamwork
- Comfortable with English (minimum B2)
- Follow e-commerce trends and best practices, eager to grow in this area
Nice to have
- Experience with Shopify
- Knowledge of user behavior analytics tools (e.g. HotJar, Clarity)
- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge
- Experience testing new functionalities
- Familiarity with JIRA

- Competitive salary: UoP 5 300-5 500 PLN gross; UoZ 4 000-4 500 PLN net; B2B 6 000-7 000 PLN net
