Job Description:

E-COMMERCE CONTENT GRAPHIC DESIGNER

CONSUMER PRODUCTS DIVISION, E-COMMERCE ACTIVATION TEAM

Responsibilities:

• Deliver highly performing e-commerce content.
• Develop content for e-commerce activations at Key Retailers in the Consumer Products Division.
• Collaborate closely with E-Activation Managers, E-eventing Manager, and E-commerce Brand Managers.
• Develop content based on briefs and understand activations’ objectives & business context.
• Review global online activation master assets library and use them to develop campaign creations.
• Develop all creatives for Key Retailers and ensure high-quality content meets technical and legal specifications.
• Track & learn creatives performance and set rules/best practices/guidelines for future activations.

Requirements:

• Minimum years’ experience in graphic design for e-commerce in retail, beauty, or fashion/accessories industry.
• Create visual concepts based on insights and activation ideas.
• Adapt master concepts with high-quality standards.
• Understand shopper path & UX rules.
• Understand A/B testing assumptions.
• Ensure technical and legal compliance regarding production.
• Prefer frequent interactions and brainstorming with team members.
• Flexible and open-minded, easily inspired, and brings fresh ideas.
• Polish language native level to understand nuances in marketing/sales communication.
• Able to communicate in English in a business environment.
