Description

We are looking for an E-Commerce Activation Manager to lead e-commerce activation at dedicated subchannels: Marketplaces/key Pure Players in Poland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set strategic vision and objectives for sell-out & market shares maximization in a profitable way (ROAS) at dedicated retailers.
  • Lead activation eJBP incl. sell out objectives, heroes activation, media & events.
  • Drive retailers’ media inventory development: touchpoints, targeting, media performance tracking, 2P data usage.
  • Close cooperation with e-Key Account Manager to co-lead the D2C business successful launch.

Lead Dedicated Retailers Activation Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce activation & media strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion rates and enhance customer loyalty across various product categories, with focus on the Allegro platform.
  • Own e-commerce media budget efficient management for dedicated retailers: retailers’ media, other transactional media, OCA media (with E-KAM).
  • Work closely with internal teams and agencies to ensure product listings are optimized for search, user experience, and conversion, including high-quality images, compelling descriptions and accurate product information.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rate, sales (GMV) and ROAS for all activation initiatives.
  • Main contact to retailers’ counterparts on activation & media.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in e-commerce (ideally Allegro) or online retail, with a proven track record of driving sales and user engagement.
  • Platform knowledge: Strong understanding of e-commerce business, online marketplaces (experience with Allegro or similar platforms is a significant plus) and retail media.
  • Analytical skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with diverse teams and external partners.
  • Project management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactiveness: A proactive, self-starter mindset with a strong problem-solving orientation.
  • Language: Fluency in both Polish and English (written and spoken).
