ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:





Responsibilities:

• Uploading invoices to client eBilling platforms and resolving any issues.
• Managing queries, rejections, and disputes with clients and fee earners.
• Monitoring billing schedules to ensure compliance with deadlines.
• Maintaining accurate eBilling records, including timekeepers, matters, and billing rates.
• Assisting with client setup, implementation, and adherence to policies.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth eBilling processes.
• Preparing reports and analytics to track billing efficiency and performance.
• Supporting audits with detailed eBilling transaction records.

• 3-5 years of experience in Legal Finance, including at least 2 years in eBilling activities at a professional services firm.
• Proven experience as an eBilling assistant, delivering operational excellence and supporting process improvement.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across teams.
• High standards of accuracy and compliance in all tasks.
• Willingness and ability to travel to the United Kingdom for business purposes.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in SAP system and advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
