• 3-5 years of experience in finance, with at least 1 years of hands-on involvement in e-billing operations.
• Proven track record of accuracy, compliance awareness and stakeholder management in billing or finance operations.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with SAP or other finance systems desirable. JobLeads+1

,[Manage electronic billing platforms: upload, track and submit client invoices, monitor deadlines and coordinate with vendors and internal teams., Handle billing queries and rejections from clients and internal stakeholders, escalate disputes, and ensure timely resolution., Onboard new clients and matters: configure billing systems, maintain accurate matter, user and rate records., Maintain data integrity across billing systems (including matters, users, billing rates) and ensure compliance with internal policies and client requirements., Liaise with internal teams (Credit Control, Billing, Pricing, Finance) and external clients to ensure smooth e-billing workflows., Generate and maintain reports, dashboards and data analytics supporting billing efficiency and revenue performance., Identify and implement process improvements and support audit and control procedures.
