• Strategic ownership of the company’s risk management framework, covering credit, operational, and portfolio risk.
• Development, supervision, and optimisation of risk policies for factoring products, including counterparty assessment, limit setting, collateral, and concentration limits.
• Ongoing management and monitoring of the factoring portfolio, including segmentation, early warning indicators, and portfolio analytics.
• Preparation of risk reports and analyses for internal stakeholders, financing institutions, and regulatory bodies.
• Implementation and improvement of risk assessment processes with the use of analytical, scoring, and automated decision-making tools.
• Close cooperation with the Management Board and commercial teams in strategic initiatives, product development, and operational improvements.
• Leadership and development of the risk team, fostering a culture of responsibility, quality, and data-driven decisions.
• Defining and maintaining the company’s risk appetite, as well as delivering periodic portfolio reviews and recommendations.

• 7-10 years of experience in risk management within financial services.
• Experience in factoring is highly preferred, alternatively corporate banking, leasing, or financial fintech.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, counterparty assessment, and transactional risk specifics.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to the financial sector.
• Experience with modern analytical tools, scoring models, and credit decision systems.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
• Strategic mindset, responsibility, and excellent decision-making skills.
