THE PROJECT / CONTEXT
Opened in 2008 (and relocated in 2012), DC Gliwice is a key logistical hub supplying two core CEE countries: Poland and Czech Republic. We also serve a growing number of 6 countries via our ambitious Crossborder project.
As we are now in transition mode switching to new organisational structure - we still have a warehouse leader and three area managers.
With a surface area of 30 000 sqm we are sending 28 million quantities to the 49 stores and 3 million to e-commerce clients in 2025. Throughout 2026, we will continue to expand the Crossborder project into East European countries, making this site critical to EDC share reduction.
