As a Dynamics 365 System Administrator, you will support deployment, maintenance and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution for Lyreco’s internal usage. In this role, you will collaborate with local and central business and IT teams to configure and optimize the Dynamics 365 environment. The position requires attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple requests from users, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business needs. A working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is expected, along with strong analytical skills to drive improvements in operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Level 2 Support: Provide 2nd line support for resolving technical issues and ensuring the stability of the Dynamics 365 system.
- Configuration Management: Customize and manage system settings to align with business needs and objectives.
- Access and Security: Manage user roles and permissions to maintain a secure and efficient system environment.
- User Engagement: Act as a liaison with key users, gathering feedback and identifying areas for improvement in the system.
- Satisfaction Monitoring: Regularly review user experiences and implement enhancements to improve usability.
- Training and Documentation: Develop clear user guides and deliver training sessions to ensure effective use of new features and functionalities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with developers, system integrators, and business stakeholders to deliver system enhancements and new features.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Knowledge: Prior experience in configuring and managing the tool.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken business English.
- Business Understanding: Strong grasp of operational processes and the ability to align technical solutions with strategic goals.
- Customer Orientation: Commitment to understanding user needs and improving their experience with Dynamics 365.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrates clarity and effectiveness in communication, with the ability to influence stakeholders and advocate for system enhancements.
- Team Collaboration: Skilled at building relationships and working effectively across teams and functions.
- Adaptability to Change: Experience managing change in dynamic environments, particularly with technology implementations.
- Result-Driven: Proven ability to meet objectives, especially in technology-driven projects.
- Organizational Skills: Efficient at prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Problem-Solving: Utilizes analytical and creative approaches to address technical and business challenges effectively.
What we offer:
- Flexible working time (we start between 7-9 and work 8 hours respectively)
