responsibilities :
Define and own the overall architecture for Dynamics 365 Sales in alignment with Scrum delivery goals
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, daily stand-ups) as the key technical stakeholder
Lead discovery phases, requirements refinement, and solution design in collaboration with Product Owners and Business Analysts
Design scalable, secure, and integrated solutions using D365, Azure services, Office 365, and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Ensure alignment of the solution with enterprise architecture standards and Microsoft best practices
Collaborate closely with functional Scrum teams, including developers, testers, and business stakeholders
Provide architectural guidance during development and rollout phases
Maintain detailed solution documentation and contribute to sprint deliverables
requirements-expected :
Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect with successful Sales implementations
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience in Scrum-based CRM projects
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps
Ability to lead and collaborate effectively in Agile teams
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience in German
Optional: In-depth knowledge of Azure integration
