Start Date: ASAP / Within 1 Month / Flexible Work Model: 100% remote Contract Type: B2B (110-130 PLN/h VAT) We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Operations Specialist to join our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the Dynamics 365 environment. This role involves supporting end-users, monitoring system performance, and maintaining documentation to optimize business processes. Responsibilities Manage daily operational tasks within Dynamics 365 to ensure system efficiency. Provide support to end-users, assisting with navigation and troubleshooting issues. Monitor workflows, dashboards, and reports to maintain smooth operations. Document processes, FAQs, and best practices for Dynamics 365 usage. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve operational challenges. Expectations Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 navigation and core functionalities. Background in Business Analysis or Testing is preferred. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in English and familiarity with documentation standards.
