Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing and configuring Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., C#, JavaScript) and Microsoft development tools is desirable.
• Certifications related to Dynamics 365 are preferred.
• Communicativeness
• Analytical thinking ability
• Problem-solving mindset

Responsibilities:

• Implementing and configuring Dynamics 365 solutions according to needs.
• Managing the project lifecycle, including gathering requirements, designing solutions, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support (user training, issue resolution).
• Advising on optimizing business processes using Dynamics 365 platform.
• Maintaining and updating existing Dynamics 365 installations.
• Providing user training on Dynamics 365 solutions.
