Currently, we are looking for a Dynamics 365 Solution Consultant. In this role, you will have the chance to support ongoing implementations in the automotive industry, assisting Service Managers in guiding solution directions. You will also work closely with the Solution Architect, utilizing your knowledge of best practices and industry trends to deliver optimal solutions. Your tasks

• Configure the Dynamics 365 environment to align with business needs
• Design solutions that leverage standard functionalities of Dynamics 365 and identify areas requiring customization.
• Plan and oversee the integration of Dynamics 365 with other systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, third-party applications).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and processes
• Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards as required

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience working as a Dynamics 365 Consultant
• Extensive understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, with a major focus on the MS Dynamics Customer Service module
• Knowledge of the platform’s capabilities, limitations, and best practices for customization
• Excellent written and spoken English, allowing you to work in an international team
