Overview

Siis Microsoft Business Applications Competence Center consists of more than 150 experienced people specializing in architecture, consulting and programming, with experience in developing, maintaining and building Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. We have a broad portfolio of projects implemented for international clients from various industries. We are currently looking for a Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Consultant to join our team to participate in upcoming implementation and maintenance projects.

Responsibilities

• Business process analysis and modeling
• Designing and configuring Dynamics 365 CE/CRM system
• Collaborating with the development team in the design and implementation of solutions
• Conducting presentations and training sessions with clients
• Creating functional documentation and concept documents

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Consultant
• Proficiency in a minimum of two modules (Sales/Customer Service/Marketing/Field Service)
• Very good knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Online/Cloud
• Understanding of the Power Platform area
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, JIRA or other requirements management tool
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
• Residence in Poland required and fluency in Polish required

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MS SharePoint
