Siis Microsoft Business Applications Competence Center consists of more than 150 experienced professionals - architects, consultants, developers - who have experience in developing, maintaining and building Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 CRM products. We have a broad portfolio of projects for international clients from diverse industries.

We are currently looking for a Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Consultant to join our team to participate in upcoming implementation and maintenance projects.

Your tasks

• Business process analysis and modeling
• Designing and configuring Dynamics 365 CE/CRM system
• Collaborating with the development team in the design and implementation of solutions
• Conducting presentations and training sessions with clients
• Creating functional documentation and concept documents

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Consultant
• Proficiency in a minimum of two modules (Sales/Customer Service/Marketing/Field Service)
• Very good knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Online/Cloud
• Understanding of the Power Platform area
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, JIRA or other requirements management tool
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
• Residence in Poland required and fluency in Polish required

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MS SharePoint
