Siis Microsoft Business Applications Competence Center consists of more than 150 experienced people specializing in architecture, consulting and programming, with experience in developing, maintaining and building Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. We have a broad portfolio of projects implemented for international clients from various industries.

We are currently looking for a Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Consultant to join our team to participate in upcoming implementation and maintenance projects.

Tasks

• Business process analysis and modeling.
• Design and configuration of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM system.
• Collaborate with the development team in the design and implementation of solutions.
• Conduct presentations and training sessions with clients.
• Create functional documentation and concept documents.

• Minimum 4 years of experience as Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Consultant.
• Proficiency in at least two modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).
• Very good knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Online/Cloud.
• Understanding of the Power Platform area.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, JIRA or other requirements management tools.
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English.
• Residence in Poland required and fluency in the Polish language.
