Job Overview
We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Consultant to join Siis Microsoft Business Applications Competence Center. The role involves participating in implementation and maintenance projects for international clients across diverse industries.
Responsibilities
- Business process analysis and modeling
- Designing and configuring Dynamics 365 CE/CRM systems
- Collaborating with the development team on solution design and implementation
- Conducting presentations and training sessions with clients
- Creating functional documentation and concept documents
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Consultant
- Proficiency in at least two Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service)
- Extensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Online/Cloud
- Understanding of Power Platform
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, JIRA, or other requirements management tools
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Residency in Poland and fluency in Polish

- Familiarity with MS SharePoint
