Position Overview
We’re searching for a detail‑oriented, passionate native Dutch speaker to join our Warsaw team as a Game Localization QA Tester. In this role, you’ll help shape the quality of top games—from up‑and‑coming indie titles to world‑class AAA releases—for Dutch‑speaking players.
Key Responsibilities
- Test localized game content across multiple platforms for linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance
- Identify, document, and help resolve localization, language, and text issues
- Follow and complete test cases and checklists as part of structured QA processes
- Write comprehensive bug reports in English based on company and client guidelines
- Incorporate your understanding of Dutch gaming culture/user preferences to enhance product quality
- Spot gaps in test coverage and suggest improvements
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams
- Offer constructive feedback on gameplay, balance, and user experience
- Perform additional QA‑related tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Native‑level Dutch with excellent spelling, grammar, and language sense
- Strong command of English (for documentation and team communication)
- Regular gamer with deep passion for video games
- Some prior Localization QA (LQA) experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required (degree in computer science, game design, linguistics, or a related field is a bonus)
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, positive attitude
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Multitasking and time‑management abilities to meet deadlines
- Able to work full‑time onsite in Warsaw (Monday–Friday, core business hours)
- Must have the legal right to work in Poland (EU citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work permit/visa)
- Previous experience in game testing or software localization
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Mantis, ADO, Bugzilla)
- Awareness of different testing methodologies
