We are seeking a skilled and experienced Drupal Developer with a strong background in Drupal 10 development and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. This role requires a unique blend of hands-on development expertise, technical solution architecture skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

You will join a close-knit Website Change Board, which includes two developers, a scrum master, and infrastructure/testing support when needed. With the upcoming departure of our current Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and advancing our technical capabilities.

Project scope:

• Build and maintain features, modules, and functionalities on our Drupal 10 platform
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs, propose technical solutions, and ensure feasibility and scalability
• Develop and manage API connections to enable seamless data flows and integration with third-party systems
• Design and implement web forms, optimize data handling processes, and ensure data accuracy and security
• Work closely with the outgoing Solution Architect/developer to absorb knowledge, document processes, and ensure continuity within the team
• Partner with the existing developer, scrum master, and supporting infrastructure/testing resources to deliver high-quality solutions
• Provide mentorship to team members, share best practices, and foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment
• Support infrastructure-related tasks, with a bonus for familiarity with Azure and cloud-based solutions

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Drupal development, with expertise in Drupal 10
• Proficiency in designing and implementing solution architectures
• Familiarity with API development and integrations
• Knowledge of Azure infrastructure and cloud solutions (a significant advantage)
• Proactive and independent work style
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach.
