Join our team and be part of deep geothermal drilling projects across Poland! We are looking for 1-2 people with experience in Drilling roles to lead operations on drilling projects up to 3,500 meters deep.

Drilling Manager– Deep Geothermal Drilling

Your Responsibilities:

• Leading and working alongside the drilling crew on geothermal drilling projects.
• Monitoring and controlling drilling parameters, ensuring equipment is in top technical condition.
• Coordinating with a team of specialists and geological supervision.
• Preparing reports on drilling progress and results.

Our Requirements:

• ✔ Knowledge and experience in drilling or geology.
• ✔ Experience in deep geothermal drilling, oil & gas, or mining will be considered. (Roughneck, Driller, Toolpusher, Floorhand etc. we are looking for you!)
• ✔ Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a 2/1 rotation (14 days work, 7 days off).
• ✔ Open to 1-2 experienced Foreigners (any nationality)
• ✔ Must be in Poland already (Or other European countries)
