Responsibilities
- Diagnose needs and expectations of clients
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients
- Achieve sales targets
- Shape a positive image of the bank by delivering high quality service
- Operate operational support for retail clients and small‑ and medium‑size firms
Requirements
- Experience in selling banking, financial or telecommunications products; if lacking, may begin as Junior Client Advisor
- Secondary education or higher
- Strong focus on achieving targets, including personal development goals
- Openness to people and ability to build contacts
