Summary: This role aims to support the operational resilience of bank by addressing gaps in the DORA control framework and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
Identify gaps in the DORA BCCM from a control framework perspective.
Conduct regulatory gap assessments and evaluate compliance with DORA regulations.
Lead and coordinate workshops with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Collaborate with various departments to implement IT service continuity and crisis management concepts.
Key Requirements:
DORA subject matter expertise, including knowledge of main regulations and actionable technical standards.
Experience in business continuity, crisis management, and IT service continuity management.
Work experience in financial entities or the banking sector.
Proven ability to conduct regulatory gap assessments.
Strong skills in leading workshops and coordinating with diverse stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
Experience with operational resilience frameworks.
Familiarity with additional regulatory compliance standards.
Background in consultancy roles related to financial services.
