We are supporting a strategic compliance initiative focused on DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) within the Business Continuity and Crisis Management (BCCM) area in a large financial organization.
The goal is to assess current controls, identify gaps against DORA requirements (including RTS), and propose remediation actions to strengthen operational resilience.
DORA Specialist
Your responsibilities
- Perform regulatory gap assessments for DORA in the BCCM domain
- Analyze current controls vs DORA requirements and identify gaps
- Work with the internal control framework / taxonomy (L3 level) and assess coverage vs DORA
- Facilitate and coordinate cross-functional workshops with stakeholders
- Translate regulatory requirements into practical recommendations and remediation plans
- Document findings and outcomes in a clear, audit-ready way
Our requirements
- Expert knowledge of DORA, including the main regulation and RTS, and the ability to operationalize requirements
- Proven experience in Business Continuity & Crisis Management (BCCM), including IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) and broader Operational Resilience
- Experience in the financial sector (banking or financial institutions) – mandatory
- Hands-on experience in regulatory compliance / gap assessments (methodology, recommendations, remediation planning)
- Ability to independently run workshops and work with stakeholders across different seniority levels
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
